What are shipping times?

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days and orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

We do not accept international cards - cards with a billing address outside of the United States.

What is the sales tax policy?

We keep it simple: Sales Tax is built into our pricing.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Can I return or exchange a product?

All non-closeout/sale items may be returned for a refund of the item purchase amount within 30 days of shipped date. Closeout/Sale items may be returned within 30 days of shipped date for store credit in the form of a gift card in equal amount to the item purchase amount.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, re-sellable condition. All tags must still be attached to the product, and must be returned in the original packaging when applicable. Returns will not be accepted if the product appears to be worn or used and is not in new, re-sellable condition, as solely determined by Twin Cities Running Company.

Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipped date to be eligible for refund. Closeout/Sale items are not eligible for refund. Closeout/Sale items may be returned within 30 days of shipped date for store credit in the form of a gift card. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. You may request a return shipping label from us (email us at shop@tcrunningco.com to request a return shipping label). A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the use of our return shipping label. 

If you’re making an exchange and your exchange item is in stock, you should receive your replacement order within 2 weeks.

All special orders of items not carried by TC Running Co are subject to a restocking fee of $15 if returned within the return window.

What's your domestic shipping and delivery policy?

TC Running Co uses multiple carriers to provide our customers with the best rates and service. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You can also contact us with any questions.
